Mastering Movement. Maximizing Performance.

At Art of Physical Therapy, physical therapy starts with understanding what is keeping you from doing the activities that matter to you. Your evaluation looks at your symptoms, movement, strength, mobility, and the demands of your sport or activity.

From there, your physical therapist builds an individualized plan to address the factors contributing to your pain or limitations. Treatment may include hands-on care, exercise, strength training, and movement retraining based on what you need.

As you progress, treatment shifts toward the activities you want to get back to, whether that's training, competing, running, lifting, or simply staying active without pain getting in the way..
